Whether you want it or not, COMPETITION regulates your existence. The spiral of social selection forces us to the pressure of competition: without a job, unemployed, worker, company, no one can exist without competition, otherwise, you will disappear.
COMPETITION is an attitude of rivalry between people in the pursuit of the same goal. In ecology, competition between living species aims at the conquest of natural resources. In the field of sports, competition refers to all events. In economics, competition is confused with rivalry, a rivalry between companies providing the same services, which covet the same market or fight for access to resources (difficult or costly to renew). In this form of competition, employees are mere pawns for the companies.
In life, maladjustment to interpersonal competition can lead to illness. For those who remember my publication on Non-Conventional Occupational Diseases (NCDs), COMPETITION is an important cause.
