The CSR approach in the process of educating a child as a citizen is based on the integration of two principles: the principle of responsibility and accountability.
This process consists of demonstrating to children, from an early age, that their well-being today and in the future depends on the way they manage the resources their parents make available to them. These resources can be pocket money, his own clothes, his bedroom.
Empowering a child means putting him in charge of something: taking care of a pet, planting and maintaining a tree in the garden. Parents will teach them, for example, how to regularly ensure that the dog is fed and cared for, that the plant is watered.
Accountability means that he must report regularly to his parents on how he is handling this task.
At each step, the parents clarify to him the material and moral consequences of failing to fulfill this responsibility and duty.
If you educate your children in this way, in the long run you will have built a responsible citizen towards the community and the environment.
